Terms, privacy, refunds, and delivery

Spanish Vidya sells downloadable Spanish-learning materials. The exact product title, price, included files, licence, and delivery method shown on the product page and written order confirmation form part of your order.

Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Before payment, the checkout or written confirmation must show the total amount and any applicable tax or compulsory charge. Payments may be collected through a Razorpay-hosted page after checkout is connected. Spanish Vidya does not ask for or store your full card number, CVV, PIN, or OTP. Keep the payment confirmation and seller-issued receipt or invoice for your records.

Unless the written order confirmation states otherwise, Spanish Vidya sends the purchased files or a private access link by email within 24 hours after the payment is verified. Check spam and promotions folders. If nothing arrives within 24 hours, email spanishvidya@gmail.com with the purchaser name, product, payment ID, and payment time. Access links must not be posted publicly or forwarded outside the permitted licence.

If the kit is not right for you, contact Spanish Vidya within 24 hours of digital delivery and explain what did not work. Kriti will review the request personally. If the concern is genuine and reasonable, Spanish Vidya will issue a refund to the original payment method. This review does not limit any right available under applicable consumer law.

Contact Spanish Vidya if you are charged twice, receive the wrong or incomplete package, cannot open a supplied file after reasonable troubleshooting, do not receive delivery within the stated time, or find that the package is materially different from the description. For file or description issues, contact us within seven calendar days of delivery where practical. A shorter request window will not remove a legal right that applies to defective, deficient, misdescribed, or late-delivered products.

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Razorpay currently estimates that a normal refund reaches the customer in five to seven business days after initiation, but the bank or payment rail may take longer. Spanish Vidya will provide a complaint reference and keep you updated.

The purchase gives the named buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to download, store, and print the material for personal educational use. A parent may use it with children in the same household.

Classroom use is allowed only if the written order confirmation expressly includes a single-classroom licence. Unless that licence is stated, do not forward files, upload them publicly, resell them, sublicense them, remove ownership notices, or distribute copies to a class or organisation. Copyright ownership stays with the relevant rights holder, and legal exceptions remain unaffected.

The e-kits are educational resources, not guaranteed exam, fluency, admission, job, salary, visa, or placement outcomes. Certificates included inside a kit are completion materials and are not official CEFR accreditation unless a product page clearly says otherwise. The Auxiliar guidance kit is educational information, not legal, immigration, visa, tax, or consular advice, and its sale is paused while the current-cycle guides are corrected.

This static website has no customer account form and does not collect card credentials. When you contact or order, Spanish Vidya may use your name, email address, phone number, product choice, payment reference, delivery record, refund details, and support messages to answer you, verify payment, deliver the purchase, prevent misuse, keep required records, and resolve complaints.

Information may be handled by services used for payment, communication, delivery, and hosting, such as Razorpay, Instagram, email, Google Drive, and the website host. Each provider also applies its own terms and privacy policy. Spanish Vidya does not sell customer contact information.

Order and transaction records are kept only as long as needed for delivery, complaints, accounting, legal obligations, and payment-provider agreements. Some payment records may need to be retained for up to ten years under the applicable Razorpay merchant terms. Deletion requests remain subject to those retention duties.

Kits for children are intended to be purchased by an adult. Spanish Vidya does not intend to collect personal data directly from children through this website or use targeted advertising to children.

Complaints should be acknowledged within 48 hours and handled within one month where the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules apply. For help with an existing enquiry, reply to your email conversation with Spanish Vidya.

Nothing here removes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. Material changes apply prospectively. An order remains governed by the version accepted when it was placed, together with the product page and written order confirmation.
